INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF CUSTOMERS AND CONTRACTORS

In connection with the adoption of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ("Regulation GDPR"), we hereby inform you that we process your personal data.

Your personal data will be processed:

1. based on Article. 6 section 1 point b) of the GDPR, in order to fulfill the obligations arising from the contract between us, including for the purposes of ongoing contact, as well as in connection with the possible pursuit of claims after the expiry of the contract or provision of the service, in the remaining scope pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 point a) of the GDPR, i.e. on the basis and within the limits of your consent to the processing of personal data.

Your personal data may be made available to entities processing them on our behalf, e.g. to the following categories of entities:

• a law firm serving the company, a notary, a financial and accounting office serving the company, IT solutions providers.

We do not transfer your data outside Poland.

We will process your data for the duration of the contract and after its completion, until any claims arising from the contract expire. In the case of data entrusted on the basis of consent, they will be processed until the business reasons cease and until the consent is withdrawn.

You have the right to request from the administrator access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, as well as the right to object to the processing and the right to transfer data.

Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude and implement the above-mentioned. goals.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection or another competent supervisory authority, if you believe that we are processing your data illegally.
