Management of FOGO Sp. z o. o. hereby declares a quality policy, accepting and recognizing the following obligations and goals. The quality policy is an important element of the company's overall strategy, because an important condition for the success of FOGO Spółka z o. o. is the quality of the services provided and the products manufactured. The main goal of our company is to meet the needs of our customers. This is achieved by selling products that are competitive on the market and meet the requirements of customers and interested parties.


The aim of the quality policy is:

    Satisfaction of customers using new products and services, Training and improving the qualifications of the staff, Maintaining the existing network of contractors, Timely execution of orders.


The implementation of the quality policy is carried out through the implemented Quality Management System, which meets the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard. We systematically improve the Quality Management System by conducting reviews, corrective and improvement activities, and other technical and organizational activities. We engage all employees in a team effort to continuously improve the quality of our products and services. Our goal is to gain and maintain customer trust in our company. We want our logo to be associated with reliability, punctuality and high quality of our products and services. We undertake to apply and comply with the requirements of the Quality Management System described in quality documents, including this Quality Manual.
